These Terms govern your use of Trippova. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them carefully — especially the AI disclaimer in section 6.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Trippova mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country to consent to digital services, to use Trippova. If you are under 18, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or guardian.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Trip plans are generated by AI based on your inputs. They may contain errors, outdated information, or imperfect recommendations. Always verify travel-critical details (visa requirements, opening hours, prices, safety, weather) with official sources before travelling. Trippova is not liable for losses or inconveniences arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Booking Links

Hotel, restaurant, and activity links open third-party platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Google, TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide, etc.). We are not a booking agent — your transaction is with that platform under their terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Trippova app, brand, design, and codebase are our intellectual property. AI-generated trip plans you create are yours to use for personal travel. The underlying generation system, prompts, and ranking logic remain ours.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that harms other users or our systems. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account from the Profile screen.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trippova is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of trips or expense data due to device failure, network outage, or service interruption. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date changes when we do. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable consumer-protection laws of the country in which you reside. Disputes will be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.
